The Court held that the Industrial Court exercising revisional jurisdiction under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions & Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 has the power to permit amendment of the memo of revision petition, as the power to allow amendment is inherent in the exercise of revisional jurisdiction.
