Procedural History

The Regular First Appeal No. 719 of 2015 was filed before the High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad Bench. Respondent No.33 was transposed as appellant No.42 by court order dated 11.04.2016. The appellant society was stated to be liquidated as per notification in the Karnataka State Government Gazette (No.DRL:N:LQD 143/200).
