Nature of Litigation

Writ petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the Army's policy on vacation of married quarters.

Remedy Sought

Petitioners (serving Army officers) sought to quash the policy dated 30.01.2015 and communication dated 16.04.2015 as arbitrary and illegal.
