The petitioner, M/s Sannidhi Enterprises, filed a writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India before the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru, challenging an order dated 20.02.2020 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Excise (Bengaluru South) purportedly under Rule 17-B of the Karnataka Excise License (General Conditions) Rules, 1967.
