Procedural History

Original suit filed by plaintiffs (respondents 1-5) against defendants including the State of Maharashtra, Maharashtra Rajya Sahitya Sanskrutik Mandal, and Dr. Vishnu Kolte. The suit was decided, and a Regular Appeal (R.A.) was filed. The first appellate court decided the Regular Appeal, against which the present second appeals have been filed.
