Being aggrieved by the impugned order dated 9.10.2013 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad, thereby cancelling the election of the petitioner to the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Satara, Taluka and District Aurangabad, the petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition.
