The petitioner, Sukhdeo s/o Dewaji Suryawanshi, a retired pensioner aged about 66 years, filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, against the Samta Sahakari Bank Limited (respondent no.1) and the Reserve Bank of India (respondent no.2).
