The application remained pending due to peculiar facts and was taken up for hearing in view of an order dated 25th October, 2021 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.24275 of 2021. The court examined the arbitration clause and found that it survived termination of the agreement.
