This appeal arises from the conviction of the appellant by the Additional Sessions Judge for offences under Sections 363, 366A and 376(2)(f) of the Indian Penal Code. The incident occurred on 26th June 2012 when the 4-year-old victim went missing and later returned with the appellant, bleeding from private parts. The appellant claimed he found her with a stranger.
